Teddi Financial is a family run business and the idea of Teddi Financial came after watching my daughter being brought into the world.
As I sat there unable to do anything with my partner going through 3 days of labour, in excruciating pain hooked up to monitors and epidural machines, counting every 60 seconds.
Strangely I started to think about Finances!
At points I wasnt sure if either of them were going to make it through.
With both of them on the verge of passing away during birth, It made me think:
No.1 how could I live after losing them,
And strangely No.2 How could I afford to live.
This is where the idea of Teddi Financial came from.
My thoughts were if I could support every person in the Uk with every aspect of their financial life, how much better would everyone be financially and more importantly mentally, having someone there to support them to make the right decisions.
I have struggled since that day mentally and have the right things in place to ensure that if the worst did happen or I wasnt able to work, we would be Ok financially.
But so many dont.
And this is why Teddi Financial was born (literally), not just to help people when the worst is to happen but to help people throughout their whole life.
